Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you retain a copy of your tracking number for your records.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
